Our condition guide is here to help you shop with confidence.
Every piece at Nowhere Else Rd is thoughtfully restored before being offered for sale. As we work exclusively with vintage garments, gentle signs of age may still remain and are considered part of each piece’s history. We encourage you to read the condition notes carefully and inspect all photographs before purchasing.
Excellent — As new or very lightly worn, with little to no visible imperfections.
Good — Minor signs of wear, such as light markings or pulls, with no noticeable impact when worn.
Fair — Moderate signs of wear or more noticeable flaws. These pieces are priced to reflect their condition.
How does shipping work?
Australia
Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $300 AUD.
Orders under $300 are charged a flat rate of $12.95 AUD for Standard Shipping or $17.95 AUD for Express Shipping.
All Australian orders include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Adelaide, South Australia within 1–3 business days.
International
We don’t currently ship internationally, but hope to in the future.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As every piece at Nowhere Else Rd is vintage and one of a kind, we ask that you shop thoughtfully. Please read all descriptions, measurements and condition notes carefully before purchasing.
Each garment has been carefully restored, cleaned and prepared before being listed. Our photography is intended to represent every piece as accurately as possible.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect fit or sizing expectations
- Minor signs of age or wear consistent with vintage garments
If your item arrives significantly different from its description, or is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.
We’ll review each situation individually and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
How should I care for my pieces?
Every garment has been thoughtfully restored before dispatch, including cleaning where appropriate, so it arrives ready for its next life.
Items may arrive lightly creased from folding during transit. We recommend gently steaming before wearing.
Many vintage garments are handmade or pre-date modern care labels. Where known, fabric composition is included in the product description to help guide your care.
When in doubt, treat vintage gently. A cool hand wash or professional dry clean is the safest option for most pieces.
